A Simple Hug

so today, i was feeling depressed and saddened (per usaul lately).
and randomly, as part of a little joke i've been playing lately, I asked this boy,(calling him Aiko for further purposes) for a hug. Usaully he says no but today he said in spanish (and i understood though I take french) you want a hug from me? ok yes, i will give you a hug.
and then he hugged me...erm
he held me tight and rubbed my back.
it was so wierd.
I hugged him back of course, not to be awkward.
I thanked him and left(not really running, but i ducked inside my classroom)



but what bothers me that Aiko, who i have known for 4 years and who's friendship with me has flutuated over the years, has given me more comfort than the friends that have called me friend from anywhere from 1 to 6 years.
Through a simple, understanding hug.
I shouldn't read too much into it, i really shouldn't, i know.


It just made my day for a while.
It made me remember , if only for a bit, that there was a bit of kindness in the world.
Just a little.

IHAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'LL BE PUTTING UP HERE, JUST FOR THE RECORD.
But anyway, I might just rant about life and stuff
